Our yoga and pilates offering at Lake Y is designed to complement the naturalrhythm of the lake; grounding, restorative and quietly powerful.


Blending the best of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin and pilates, each class brings together controlled, strengthening movement with slower, restorative stretches and moments of stillness. Sessions begin with guided breathwork or meditation to centre the mind
and cultivate presence, and close with an extended savasana, leaving you feeling relaxed, open and fully reset.

Sound Bath Experiences

Alongside our movement sessions, we host immersive soundbath experiences designed to restore balance and encourage deep relaxation.


Held in a tranquil, lakeside tipi setting, these sessions use layered sound and vibration to quiet the mind and guide the body into a deeply restorative state. An opportunity to fully switch off, to lie back, breathe deeply, and simply be.
