Our paddleboarding sessions run at scheduled times throughout the week - See our booking site for more information.
The Lake Y reception opens 30 minutes before each session, so please arrive in good time to get checked in.
Cost: £10.00 per session to self launch / £20 per session (inc equipment hire)
Note: Lake Y offers and introductory first time session for paddleboarding. First session cost is £10 (no membership required), after which a membership is required costing £60 per rolling calender year plus £10 per session.

SUP Fundementals Workshop

Arm yourself with all the skills you need to take on your own paddle adventures! This workshop is ideal for anyone new to Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP). During the workshop you'll learn all the fundamental skills of SUP and also important safety information and skills for when you decide to go paddling on your own.

1-2-1 SUP Coaching

Get some personal tuition! Irrespective of your experience our instructor will tailor the session to your needs. Maybe you just want one on one coaching to get you started, or you may already be a competent paddleboarder and want to learn more advanced skills.
Wetsuits & Equipment
Paddleboarders may choose to paddle in either a wetsuit or standard swimwear. Wetsuit hire is available on-site, but we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
Safety Requirements
A bouyancy aid must be worn at all times whilst on the water. These can be hired on-site from lake control.
Paddleboarding with Children
Children aged 12 and above are welcome, provided they:
