About the Event
Join us for a morning centred around rest, nourishment and feeling good from the inside out.
We’ll begin with an immersive sound bath by the lake a chance to switch off, slow down and properly reset. Afterwards, enjoy a warming cup of Borough Broth before settling in for a relaxed social at the Wheelhouse.
